Description
Most of the ornamental armor in this costume was made using satin with gold fabric trim. (The leggings were satin as well.) A portion of the hip armor and the shoulder pauldron were made using hard plastic. (I cut up a 10" plastic Christmas ornament to make the round armor at the shoulder.) The sword's blade was made by coating a PVC pipe with layers of styrene plastic, and the decorative hilt was made out of wonderflex coated with epoxy putty. All in all, a very challenging project. (I did not have to make the fabric underdress for this costume, fortunately.)

do you have maybe those pics but in higher size..? I can't zoom it in on your online page.. I'm going to create this cospaly, but It would be very nice, if you could give me some advices. I wanted to make a knee's armor with papier-mache, but it's still very hard.. Youer way looks very nice and gently :<
